I was going to make a Strawberry PAAAAHH but since my pans are dirty, I'll just post the recipe for the filling here. Ready?
what you need:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3 tblsp cornstarch
- 3 tblsp strawberry jello
- 2 tblsp light karo-type syrup
- bit of salt
Mix everything except the jello and boil, stiring very often. When it starts to thicken, add the jello. When it completely thickens (you'll know it, trust me) remove from heat and allow to cool before pouring over the berries.
